When the Giants take the field at MetLife Stadium this Sunday, running back Ahmad Bradshaw sees a unique opportunity to uplift the area, in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, Jenny Vrentas of the Newark Star-Ledger reports. The superstorm has affected millions of people and caused billions of dollars of damage to the community the Giants represent.
"We feel like we can spark New York," Bradshaw said. "Just what we do, what weve done. I think we can also help everybody in New York and New Jersey thats going through this."
"Were taking care of each other," Bradshaw said. "Hopefully, we can take care of New York, and it will be a good Sunday for everybody. We need to get everybody through this storm, this weather and everything else; get through this month and get back to normal. Hopefully, our wins and our success helps." After yet another week where a foot injury had him on a limited practice schedule and listed as "questionable" on the injury report, New York Giants running back Ahmad Bradshaw is active and will start against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday. While Bradshaw will play, the injury has clearly impacted his production. Bradshaw ran for 316 yards and two touchdowns in Weeks...
What more can you say about Lawrence Tynes? He gets a ton of opportunities each week. He has only missed two filed goals this year, both over 40 yards. Even when he doesn’t get many field goal attempts, he still will get around five points because of how many times the New York Giants score. If you have Tynes, I would expect him to get ten to fifteen points each game, and I...
