All signs point towards Indianapolis Colts head coach Jim Caldwell being fired at the end of the season. According to StampedeBlue.com Colts Vice Chairman Bill Polian said as much during his weekly radio show this week. Polian said, “My fervent hope is that Jim’s job is not in jeopardy because my fervent hope is that we don’t go 0-16, and we’re doing everything we can to try and avoid that.” Via ProFootballZone.com
