According to Drew Dougherty of HoustonTexans.com, Andre Johnson (concussion) was a full participant in practice Thursday and all indications are that he'll start Sunday against the Ravens.Fantasy Spin:Johnson, who suffered a mild concussion Sunday against the Titans, will see an NFL doctor one last time before being officially cleared to play, but he wouldn't be practicing with pads if he wasn't ready to go.
