--Let me start this off by saying, I am a die hard Philadelphia Eagles fan and I am beyond grateful for everything Andy Reid has done for the team, I have always supported him and never questioned whether he should keep his job after all the up's and downs. He is and will be the most winningest coach in Eagles history for a long time to come.--With that said, Andy Reid's time is coming to an end in Philadelphia.Reid is in the middle of his worst season to date. His Eagles are currently sitting at 3-7.The bottom of the NFC East. The best that the Eagles can do now is finish 9-7, but that would mean going undefeated the rest of the way, and even that wouldn't guarantee a Playoff or Wildcard spot. Most likely, with problems all across the team, the Eagles will lose another game or two. Owner Jeffrey Lurie made it very clear that another 8-8 season would be "unacceptable."Even a 9-7 season would be a huge disappointment, so one can only expect Reid will be outta Philly by 2013.However, despite what the Philadelphia upper-management and fans might think, Reid is one of the best coaches in the NFL, and some team is going to strike gold this offseason.Who might that be?
