Josh Cribbs the Browns outstanding return man since walking on to the team in 2005 has 5 NFL teams showing interest in the non-restricted free agent. Non of those teams include the Cleveland Browns, the team that Cribbs busted his butt for over the past 8 seasons. The 3 time pro-bowler is getting interest from the the Giants, 49ers, Patriots, Cowboys, and Cardinals. All 5 teams see some value in this talented player. All five think Cribbs can contribute in helping their teams win. Most of the teams have winning records, this is something Cribbs hasn’t been a part of that often with the Cleveland Browns. Cribbs came out a week or so ago and said he would take a small pay cut to return to the Browns and finish out his pro football career. After Josh Cribbs talked about taking less money the Browns still didn’t show any interest in having Cribbs return. The team must feel that Cribbs has little to offer the Browns. If the 2 time all pro takes an offer from one of the 5 teams showing in...

2013 NFL Mock Draft 2.0: Sharrif Floyd to Chiefs, Revis relocates?

The Scouting Combine is over with, and that means another 2013 NFL Mock Draft update. The combine really shook up the entire draft, what we thought we knew about the draft was thrown right out the window. Now players are beginning to rise or fall on team’s draft boards and let’s just say this mock draft is different from my first one. In fact, this is not your typical normal...

With 47.5 Million To Spend Will The Cleveland Browns Make A Splash In Free Agency?

The Browns need to pick up a corner back and a line backer in free agency to help them make an impact while switching their defense over to a 3-4. The Browns have plenty of dry powder in their bank account. Now it is time to make some moves that will help the team get  the players they need to win in the NFL. The very first move should be to get a shut down corner to play opposite...

Giants showing interest in Josh Cribbs

With the New York Giants looking to move David Wilson into more of a feature role in their offense, they will now need someone else to return kicks in 2013. Wilson brought electricity to the return game, averaging 27 yards on kick returns, and ripping off a 97-yarder against Saints. It was the first touchdown on a kickoff for the Giants since their season finale in December of 2007...

Report: Ryan Mallett Expected to Be Targeted in Trade by Browns to Compete With Brandon Weeden as Starter

The Browns are looking for a quarterback to compete with incumbent starter Brandon Weeden in 2013. Two of the names they were looking at — Matt Moore and Brian Hoyer — were taken out of the mix on Saturday. That increases the chances the Browns will attempt to trade for Patriots backup Ryan Mallett, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer. One source told the Plain Dealer they...

Mike Wallace should give the Browns pause

Mike Wallace would walk into Berea today and be the very best wide receiver Cleveland has had since 1999. There’s just no two ways about it. Josh Gordon has potential and with all due respect to Kevin Johnson who spent most of his career running routes for quarterbacks lying flat on their backs, Mike Wallace would be the best. That being the case and knowing how much money the...

NFL Free Agency Rumor: Browns interested in Greg Jennings

We’ve heard plenty about potential targets for the Cleveland Browns in the last few days of free agency. But we hadn’t heard definitive interest in this WR star: Greg Jennings. Jennings, 29, missed the majority of the 2012 season with the Green Bay Packers. He missed the season’s first game with a suspension from an off-the-field incident, then had a concussion and hernia surgery...
