SOUTH BOSTON, VA. — Brian Pembelton, Danny Willis Jr., Justin Snow, Tommy Peregoy and Brandon Gdovic all visited Victory Lane during Limited Sportsman Division racing action this season at South Boston Speedway and each will likely make one final bid to score a win at America’s Hometown Track in 2009. The area’s best Limited Sportsman Division drivers will converge on the four-tenths mile asphalt oval on Saturday, Oct. 31, to compete in a 100-lap race. The 100-lap race for the Limited Sportsman Division will be run in conjunction with the USARacing Pro Cup Series, formerly known Hooters Pro Cup Series, championship event slated for Saturday, Oct. 31. The 250-lap race will help decide the 2009 USARacing Pro Cup Series champion. Pembelton claimed the 2009 Limited Sportsman Division championship this year after reeling off five victories.
