Arian Foster and his Houston Texans started out this NFL season on a mission. They have a chip on their shoulder from their play-off loss last season and they are determined to get past the first round this season. As a matter of fact if your were to talk to Foster or any of the other Texans they would tell you they want to make a Super Bowl appearance this season. The Texans are off to a great start and having Foster in the backfield is certainly helping the team.

Foster is going to help this Houston team win as ling as he stays healthy. He has rushed for 380 yards in the 4 games this season. If Foster keeps it up he could have one of his best seasons since 2010. Foster rushed for 1616 yards in 2010. If he can repeat a performance like that or even surpass that, the Texans are going to be a tough team to beat. Lets forget what a weapon Foster can be out of the backfield, last season he had 617 yards passing.

Houston will face the New York Jets in their next game on Monday Night Football. The jest had a terrible showing in their last game and I for one am looking for the Houston Texans to go to 5-0. If Foster can break a couple of long runs, the Jets defense will be worn out and then we should see the Houston passing game dominate the Jets secondary.

Houston Texans Season Analysis – First Quarter

The beginning to the Houston Texans season has been perfect in the win-loss department, but not perfect overall. New York Jets Keys to the Game: Week 5 vs. the Houston Texans

1. Stop the run - San Francisco absolutely decimated the Jets last week thanks to their ability to run the ball. They barely took to the air, instead relying on a run-heavy attack that racked up over 200 yards on the ground. Houston has a great run game, spearheaded by All-Pro running back Arian Foster. If the Jets want to win, they’ll have to find a way to shut down Foster, Ben...
