The fantasy football week kicks off with the undefeated Cardinals traveling back to St. Louis to meet the Rams in the Thursday night NFL contest. With the fantasy football season almost one-third over now (wow, that was fast), let's take a look at some Arizona Cardinals players that can help fantasy owners secure a win this week:

Start 'em

Larry Fitzgerald (WR): No shock here. After his four-yard debacle against the Patriots a few weeks ago, #11 has put together two excellent weeks in a row and is once again a solid WR1 in a standard 12-team league. Quarterback Kevin Kolb and Fitzgerald are starting to develop a real chemistry and that bodes well for owners this week and for the rest of the season. Despite the fact that St.Louis ranks 11th in the NFL in passing defense (213 yards a game), start Fitzgerald with confidence. How can you bench a future Hall-of-Famer in his prime? You can't.

Kevin Kolb (QB): Yes, Kolb has finally made it. I'm not saying you should bench Drew Brees or Aaron Rodgers for him but if your QB is on a bye week and you play in either a very deep league or two-QB setup, Kolb may be worth a look. Kolb has tossed seven TD passes and has thrown only two interceptions in leading the Red Birds to a 4-0 mark. He is coming off a 324-yard, three touchdown, two INT performance against the Dolphins. You could do worse.

Arizona defense: Despite a very lackluster performance against Miami last week, the Cardinals are still a Top 10 start against the Rams this week. St. Louis is averaging just 19.8 PPG this season (seventh worst in the NFL) and sixth from the bottom in yards from scrimmage (287 yards per game). The Cardinals will be pumped up to rebound from their poor performance and play well in front of a national audience. Arizona is second in the league in sacks (16) and should be able to put a great deal of pressure on quarterback Sam Bradford. Look for a solid bounce-back game from this defensive unit.

Andre Roberts (WR): Very quietly, Roberts has enjoyed a super season and can be used as a lower end WR2 or flex play this week. He is tied for the NFL lead with four touchdown receptions and is averaging 15.3 yards per catch. He has not only performed well but he's also taken some pressure off Fitzgerald – opposing defenses have to account for Roberts as well. Roberts is coming on strong and has some fine upside.

Bench 'em

Everyone else. Yes, Ryan Williams cannot be trusted. At least for now.
