You don't have to be a hardcore, film-studying, NFL Network-watching football fan to know that Larry Fitzgerald shouldn't go uncovered in overtime. The man can make ridiculous catches, and his skills have carried the Cardinals on more than one occasion.

The Arizona Cardinals shut it down with former Pro Bowl outside linebacker Joey Porter, placing him on injured reserve today.
The Cardinals replaced him on the active roster by promoting linebacker Brandon Williams from the practice squad, signing running back William Powell to the practice squad.
Kevin Kolb is likely to start against the Bengals on Christmas Eve if he is sufficiently recovered from a concussion that kept him out of the Browns' victory Sunday.
