The Ravens are coming off a bye week and they needed it after getting throttled by the Texans. It will not get any easier with their recent struggles, but the Browns are the one team that have always helped them come away with victories.
Joe Flacco would love to put together a similar performance he had against the Patriots, but the offense has been mediocre since their September hot streak.
