Still mourning the team’s postseason defeat to the New England Patriots, the Baltimore Ravens’ fanbase is likely feeling pretty conflicted right now regarding the 2011 season. Although the team finished with a 12–4 record — matching its performance from 2010 (one of its most winning seasons) and winning the AFC North Division Title for the third time in franchise history — Baltimore was left with more questions than answers regarding the team’s future. While Baltimore has done an excellent job at building a palpable identity around its much-celebrated (but now-aging) defense, the team’s offense is decidedly one-dimensional, relying heavily on the 2,000-yard ground game provided by running back heavyweight Ray Rice. At some point in the offseason, you can rest assured that the Ravens' Front Office will make moves to rectify this situation. And stat.
