The Chicago Bears are coming off of an incredible comeback win against the Minnesota Vikings and will be prepared for Sunday Night’s matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Steelers are starting their season off at 0-2, which is unheard of since coach Tomlin took over as head coach. With the Steelers' loss against the Cincinnati Bengals on Monday Night, there is a strong possibility the Bears will dominate this Sunday’s game. The Bears will need to start off fast and strong against the Steelers' defense.Bears pass rush comes alive. The first two games of the season there was no real pass rush coming from the Bears' defensive line. Last week, DE Julius Peppers was sick and played regardless of how he felt. He was obviously not a hundred percent. Defensive coach Mel Tucker will work heavily this week on the pass rush and prepare for the Steelers' offense.Look for Peppers and the boys to hit the Steelers' weak front line and topple QB Ben Roethlisberger to the...

The NFL has always been, and always will be, a league of trends.
The wildcat offense a few years ago. The read option last year. The cover two defense. Backfields by committee.
Tight ends that are essentially gargantuan sized receivers?
I don’t know, perhaps the best offenses in the game are onto something. Jimmy Graham is the most dynamic force in the Saints passing attack. Once...
Oh what a difference a couple plays make. It’s no secret Chicago Bears fans have a love/hate relationship with quarterback Jay Cutler. The Chicago Bears tight end Martellus Bennett was seen in a lot of pain, after Sunday's victory over the Vikings 31-30.Bennett was hurt in the second quarter, while attempting a catch in the back of the end zone and rolled over a cameraman. The tight end miss a couple of plays, but return to action after a injury evaluation the Chicago Bears official twitter page reported:After...
Bears cornerback Charles “Peanut” Tillman is contributing greatly to his team’s success, and he’s making a difference on the sidelines as well. Tillman saved reporter Laura Okmin from impending death as a camerawoman, of whom she was unaware, barreled towards her at full speed. Tillman was hero of the day on Sunday, and the twinkle Okmin’s eye is straight out of the...

Jay Cutler and the Chicago Bears are showing their resiliency, if nothing else. Two games into the season they have two comeback wins and they remain unbeaten under coach Marc Trestman.
They're not making it easy on themselves, though.

(Eds: APNewsNow. Will be updated. With AP Photos.) By ANDREW SELIGMAN AP Sports Writer Devin Hester appears to be back to his havoc-wreaking ways for the Chicago Bears.
Ineffective a year ago, the three-time Pro Bowl pick returned five kickoffs for a team-record 249 yards in last week's win over Minnesota. He'll try to keep it up against Pittsburgh on Sunday.
Bears TE Martellus Bennett pulled in seven passes for 76 yards and two touchdowns Sunday against Minnesota, but also came out of the game with a sore shoulder.Fantasy Spin:Bennett is expected to play in Week 3. He already has three touchdowns in two games after scoring five all last year. QB Jay Cutler should continue to look his way in the red zone and he's a viable target after...
Chicago Bears Quarterback Jay Cutler was the subject of discussion on CBS Sports Network’s “Monday Morning Quarterback” yesterday. Here’s where I would say that annoying and stupid acronym ICYMI (In Case You Missed It), but I don’t have to. Look at this chart with primetime viewership of sports networks.
The ranking in order is: ESPN, ESPN2, NFL Network, MLB Network, Fox...
(With AP Photos.) By ANDREW SELIGMAN AP Sports Writer Lance Briggs understands just how thin a line the Chicago Bears are toeing at the moment.
They could easily be winless rather than unbeaten, and they just might be regrouping from a loss had Jay Cutler not delivered a perfect pass to Martellus Bennett in the closing seconds to beat the Minnesota Vikings 31-30 Sunday.
Jay Cutler's touchdown pass to tight end Martellus Bennett with 10 seconds left pushed the Chicago Bears to a come-from-behind 31-30 victory against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday night.A slow start was overcome with Minnesota finding some offensive and defensive rhythm, but it was undone and ultimately not enough when Chicago drove down the field with 3:05 left after the Vikings...
