Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler was fined $10,000 for taunting Minnesota Vikings cornerback A.J. Jefferson, the NFL announced Friday. Cutler, apparently thinking Jefferson hit him late or unnecessarily, flipped the ball at him after a play during the Bears' 28-10 victory on Sunday.
