The Pittsburgh Steelers (7-6) come into the Cowboys game looking for their 8th win just to be able to keep pace in the AFC Central Division. The Steelers are face with a must win situation if they have hopes of post season play. The Steelers defense has to find a way to pressure Tony Romo who is also in search of a much needed win to keep the Cowboys post season hope alive. The Steelers we beaten badly in their last game against the Chargers with a Roethlisberger who just returned from a serious injury, this week Roethlisberger should be more like the Roethlisberger the Steelers are used to having behind center. The Steelers know what is at stake in the game and they plan on putting up their best fight against Romo and his Dallas Cowboys team. If Pittsburgh is going to win this game the teams defensive secondary is going to have to stop Romo’s Cowboys from any quick strikes. I like Pittsburgh’s chances in the game and I think Roethlisberger is going to be up to the task this weekend and I think he is going to put up his best fight to take this game away form the Cowboys…..

This Steelers Team is Not Going to the Playoffs

As badly as I want to be wrong about that statement, someone please tell me why it is inaccurate? The 2012 Pittsburgh Steelers entered this season with questions as does every team in the NFL, but we knew this team was going to be different. I know I for one couldn’t believe that the losses of James Farrior, Aaron Smith and Hines Ward would affect this team as they have and I don’t...

Tomlin talks Mendenhall suspension

Pittsburgh Steelers coach Mike Tomlin suspended Rashard Mendenhall for one week after the running back failed to attend last Sunday's game at Heinz Field. Tomlin spoke about the suspension for the first time on Wednesday. "Last Sunday he was not at the game,'' Tomlin said after practice via the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. "I deemed those actions a detriment...

Steelers may have to replace Mike Wallace and Rashard Mendenhall in the offseason

According to ProFootballWeekly.com, there’s a chance that the Pittsburgh Steelers won’t have Mike Wallace and Rashard Mendenhall on their roster next season. Much is made about the Steelers’ age on defense, and it’s logical to believe they could add a little more youth to that side of the ball next offseason, most likely in the draft, where Pittsburgh usually does its business...

Ben Roethlisberger: Steelers deserved to get booed

The Pittsburgh Steelers embarrassed themselves during a 34-24 Week 14 home loss to the San Diego Chargers last Sunday, and the fans even booed the team at different points in the game. The boos were most noticeable after receiver Mike Wallace dropped a pass during the second quarter when the team was only down 3-0. Even though Wallace finished with seven catches for 112 yards and...

The Pittsburgh Steelers Need James Harrison and LaMarr Woodley To Show Up The Rest Of The Season

Through the first 13 weeks of the season, the Pittsburgh Steelers have the NFL’s number one ranked defense and are number one against the pass and five against the run. You would think that the team with the league’s number one ranked defense would have one of the top records or at least be leading their own division. The Steelers however, sit at 7-6 and are fighting to get into...

Roethlisberger Disappointed There Wasn’t More No-huddle Used Against Cowboys

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger took the blame for the 27-24 overtime loss on Sunday to the Dallas Cowboys, but he also made it pretty clear via his post game responses to questions that he was not happy that they didn't get the ball to tight end Heath Miller more and that he was disappointed in not being able to run more no-huddle in the second half. Roethlisberger...

Week 15: The Pittsburgh Steelers @ The Dallas Cowboys

In fact, there is still a small chance that they could win the AFC North division title.
