The Bengals are leaving for Houston this afternoon for Saturday’s 4:30 p.m. kickoff against the Texans in the opening game of the NFL playoffs. They head into the game in good physical shape. S Taylor Mays (hamstring) and LB Dontay Moch (illness) are doubtful to play. Neither participated in Friday’s walk-through session. The rest of the injury report has players that practiced fully. DT Geno Atkins (Achilles), RB Cedric Benson (foot), C Kyle Cook (foot), S Chris Crocker (knee), QB Andy Dalton (illness), DE Jonathan Fanene (non-injury related) and DE Frostee Rucker (shoulder) are listed as probable for the game. Dalton missed practice on Wednesday with a 24-hour flu bug but returned to practice on Thursday and is all good to go. Atkins was limited in Thursday’s workout but is also expected to start. That will be important going up against a Houston team that is averaging 153 yards on the ground, second in the NFL.
