The Cincinnati Bengals plan to to franchise defensive end Michael Johnson, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network and NFL.com reports citing a source. Nothing is official yet and they have until March 4 to do so.
The one year franchise tag for defensive ends is worth $11.175 million.
