Bills head coach Chan Gailey announced that RB Fred Jackson has officially been diagnosed with a concussion and will not play against the Dolphins on Thursday, via BuffaloBills.com. This obviously opens the door for C.J. Spiller who has looked incredible in recent weeks, but has been forced to split carries with Jackson.
