Pro Football Zone:
Denver Broncos quarterback Brady Quinn is very upset over the article that Michael Silver of Yahoo Sports wrote in the current issue of GQ.
Quinn decided to let his frustration be known on Twitter.
“The comments attributed to me in a recent magazine article are in NO WAY reflective of my opinion of Tim and the Broncos,” tweeted Quinn. “Tim deserves a lot of credit for our success and I’m happy for him and what he accomplished. Most importantly, he is a great teammate. That interview was conducted three months ago, and the resulting story was a completely inaccurate portrayal of my comments. I have addressed my disappointment with the writer and have reached out to Tim to clear this up. I apologize to anyone who feels I was trying to take anything away from our Team’s or Tim’s success this season.”
It looks like Quinn is in denial of what he said about Tebow this season and really doesn’t believe that his comments were critical in any way. Well from my point of view they were.

Once Tebowmania caught fire in Denver, Brady Quinn was a quickly forgotten man on the Broncos' roster, which is why it shouldn't be surprising that he appears a bit bitter in a recent interview.
Brady Quinn recently sat down with Yahoo! NFL columnist Mike Silver for an article to appear in GQ magazine.Although the interview has not hit the presses yet, snippets were leaked. And none of it is flattering for Quinn. Although I'm sure there is a larger back story, the parts that were leaked are solely about Tim Tebow, because that's what the article is about. If there...
Anything Brady Quinn says about Tim Tebow should be taken with a grain of salt. If Quinn were not bitter toward Tebow for the way things have gone in Denver, that would be a bit of a surprise. Quinn still wants a chance to start in the NFL, and Tebow came out of nowhere and jumped him on the depth chart and completely stole the show in Denver.
While people tend to praise Tebow for...

Hot News for QB Tim Tebow
Broncos quarterback Brady Quinn was not pleased with how his comments were portrayed in a GQ article on Tebowmania that was released today.
DENVER (AP) - Brady Quinn is apologizing to Tim Tebow for unflattering comments Quinn made about the Denver Broncos' starting quarterback in a GQ article. The article on Tebowmania was written by Michael Silver and titled "The year of Magical Stinking: An Oral History of Tebow Time."In it, Quinn was quoted ...
Broncos backup QB Brady Quinn told the truth, offering his thoughts on starter Tim Tebow. Quinn told GQ’s Mike Silver that Tebow’s praying “doesn’t seem very humble.” Ouch.
Quinn apologized to Tebow, saying his comments were misconstrued. Just now, Broncos coach John Fox addressed the topic, saying all was well.
“Knowing their relationship, knowing about Brady and Tim...
Tim Tebow transcends the normal NFL quarterback offseason. We at BroncoTalk are still getting near-daily tips about Tebow news items, charity appearances, YouTube videos, or media mentions, with little slowing down. There’s just not enough time in the week to get through all of it without turning this blog into a veritable “TebowTalk,” and we’re not interested in that. With...
There’s been an odd amount of blowback over Michael Silver’s GQ feature about Tim Tebow’s first year as an NFL starter, especially since it was a mostly complimentary piece about the Runslinger tent revival phenomenon. Still, it contained just the right amount of criticism (to be precise, ANY amount of criticism) to set off a massive wave of Tebowtard wrath. Not only that...
Tim Tebow will still be the starter, but Denver Broncos coach John
Fox said Monday he is likely to acquire two more quarterbacks this
offseason to compete for the position.
The decision makers in Denver have declared repeatedly that Tim Tebow will enter training camp as the Broncos’ No. 1 quarterback, but they want to have someone who can compete with him. Now Broncos coach John Fox has said he doesn’t just want one quarterback to compete with Tebow, but two. Fox told Mike Klis…
