That supposed $25,000,000 marketing deal (...er bribe) offered by the Green Bay Packers? It wasn't enough to keep Brett Favre out of the NFL and the Packers camp - and I'm happy that Favre didn't bend over to make Aaron Rodgers and the Packers management team happy.

  • Over/Under on number of games Rogers Plays before he is injured..... 7
  • i give him 4
  • I give him 3 and Farve starts playing after that
  • I'm gonna say TWO ... they have some biggies on the front end.
  • Over / Under on Aaron Rodgers passes before an INT? I say 10
  • I'll give him 8
  • Over/Under injury..........................8
    Over/Under int...............................2 (and I'm being generous)
  • So lets get this straight................

    * In 2006 Farve was tempting retirement...................and at the 11th hour said he's playing.

    * 2007 Farve was again tempting retirement Again!.............and Again! at the 11th hour , I am still playing.........( regardless that the team has a draft to prepare for and so on ) but hey it's Brett............

** 2008 Farve retires.( or so we think).........he cries on TV , ESPN does a whole freaking week of shows on him, same as the NFL network...........and then Poof..........outta nowhere there are reports Farve wants to play again..........ooooohhh ooooooohh never mind that the Green Bay's organization has a season to prepare for , and thier future , never mind the ceremonies planned for Farve inhis honor.................nevermind all of that Bull ****.

FARVE WANTS TO COME BACK.................EVERYBODY ON GOD'S GREEN EARTH STOP WHAT YOUR DOING AND BOW DOWN ..................JUST SCRATCH MONTHS OF PREP AND WHAT HAVE YOU, REGARDLESS OF ANYTHING ELSE......................JUST STOP AND BOW DOWN , CAUSE IT'S BRETT " FREAKING FARVE".

Bull Sh88 ............if this guy isn't a TO in disguise I never saw one. I could care less about his records, his elite status, whatever.........................NO ONE MAN IS BIGGER THAN A FREAKING TEAM................NO ONE. And he is making a soup sandwhich of Green Bays entire prep for 2008.

    WHAT A FREAKING JOKE.......................
  • " I hope........(sniff) that fans appreciate me .......( sniff) ( sniff) the way I have appreciated them "................

I want to freaking puke right now..................

  • presonally I love this move. I dont know why everyone is sooo Hyped up about Brett Farve. I hope Farve has good regular season and makes the playoffs. And i hope Green bays first game is against the Eagles. I ll count that as an automatic victory. NO matter how good green bay plays against us it wont matter. Because Farve will throw the game away . He is a head case and will throw ill advised passes into the waiting arms of asante or lito or sheldon or dawkins. I NEVER WANT THIS GUY TO RETIRE. BRETT FARVE ALL TIME INTERCEPTION LEADER. I honestly believe Packers have better chance of winning with Rodgers. And now with all the destractions he s causing where ever he goes he is sure to mess up team chemistry. What an Ego maniac
  • for once we don't play them this year.
  • I don't see any way the Packers can rortect their own future without trading him. Chances are, he'll play this year and then retire AGAIN next year. Aaron Rodgers contract is up next year - what possible reason would Rodgers have to want to stay with the Packers at that point? Then they're stuck. If they think Rodgers is the QB of their future, they have to get rid of Favre now.
  • The Packers are seriously screwing Aaron Rodgers over though, first they say he's the starter no matter what, now there's a competition? I feel sorry for him
  • I don't feel bad for Rodgers. he is getting paid big dough to go to school. he is the luckiest guy in the country (well, second luckiest next to mr. Heffner)
  • He should just get out now before more of Green Bay fans begen to dislike him. I feel bad for Rogers. I saw him play at CAL and was anticipating seeing him play. Lets hope that he gets off the bench and gets some plays in.
