Drew Brees and his New Orleans Saints have officially secured a match-up between them and the 49ers on January 14th. The win for the Saints comes after a beat down on Matthew Stafford and the Detroit Lions on saturday. Final score? 45-28. The Saints were down by four points at halftime, but came back very strong in the second half, scoring 35 points and holding the Lions to one touchdown per quarter.The NFC Wild-Card game between these two teams was no small, unnoticeable matchup. In fact it was one for the record books, if that what you want to call it.
