Looks like the NFL is in a generous mood during this Holiday season.
First we hear Ndamakong Suh gets off without a suspension, and now the league has decided that the New Orleans Saints DT Brodrick Bunkley kick to the back of the 49ers' Alex Boone does nto warrant a suspension either.
He will of course, receive a fine. The Associated Press cited an anonymous source saying the decision came down not to suspend him, but a fine is still possible later this week. Without a suspension Bunkley will be active against Atlanta on Thursday night.
The kick in question got him ejected with 1:05 left int he game when he kicked Boone after the Saints blocked a field goal.

In what surely will result in a hefty fine from the league, Saints DT Brodrick Bunkley did his best Ndamukong Suh impersonation by kicking 49ers OL Alex Boone in the head. Still eying playoffs, Saints get ready for Falcons
Drew Brees happily entertains playoff possibilities for the New Orleans Saints, figuring that the question of whether a 5-6 team deserves to be in the NFC wild card race is irrelevant.
He has a point.
Despite an 0-4 start and their latest loss on Sunday to San Francisco, New Orleans remains one game out with five games left. To Brees, that means the Saints are virtually in control...

Marques Colston lands on his head after hit by 49ers defender (Video)
I'm still trying to figure out how New Orleans Saints wide receiver Marques Colston didn't end up seriously injuring himself on this brutal hit from yesterday's Saints/49ers game.
The incident happened in the third quarter of play as Colston was hit low by 49ers safety DaShon Goldson and was sent helmet first into the Superdome turf:
Thankfully for Marques...
Jimmy Graham Shut Down by 49ers
Saints tight end Jimmy Graham only had four receptions for 33 yards on six targets Sunday against the 49ers, but it wasn't due to a lack of playing time. QB Ranks – Week 13
QB Rankings
Drew Brees and Matt Ryan are two of the top fantasy options at the quarterback position in week thirteen. The Saints struggle on the road and the Falcons excel at home which leads us to believe that the Saints may be throwing a little more thus leading to Brees being ranked ahead of Ryan this week in my rankings.
