DENVER -- Ty Law, a four-time Pro Bowl cornerback and a three-time Super Bowl champion with the Patriots, came out of semi-retirement over the weekend and signed with the Broncos. Although he didn't have much time to prepare, he played a good portion of the game at nickel back in Monday night's loss to the Steelers. Afterward, he talked to Sporting News' Dennis Dillon about his return to the NFL.   DENNIS DILLON: When did you get to Denver? TY LAW: Friday night at midnight.   DD: How much time did you spend between then and the game getting up to speed? TL: It was definitely a crash course. I did as much as I could to prepare. ... But they brought me here to play, and I've done it before so you can do it again if you've been playing as long as I have. I think the key was me training and staying in shape to play. But I'm going to go home and get some rest now.   DD: What did you do in Florida to keep in shape? TL: Just what I always do...
