NFL News: Browns “considered” Seneca Wallace, Hardesty could start

Pat Shurmur had his chat with reporters today and discussed the decision to bring in quarterback Josh Johnson. It was top of my mind yesterday as I wondered if the Browns had talked to Seneca Wallace. He played for the Browns last year and was cut at the end of training camp this year, so it seemed like at least a logical option in the thought progression. As it turns out, the Browns...

Photo: Cleveland Browns quarterback woes illustrated by jersey

The Cleveland Browns have been the epitome of futility since re-entering the league in 1999. Perhaps one reason to blame is because the team has been unable to find a reliable signal caller. The franchise has gone through starting quarterbacks like a pair of cheap socks recently. And now one image has managed to summarize the long list of quarterbacks who have tried and failed at...

Should The Browns Sit Richardson? Why Do Further Damage To This Fragile 1st Round Draft Pick?

Trent Richardson comes into the Cleveland Browns last game of the season needing  just fifty yards to reach 1,000 yards rushing. He has been banged up since before the season started.
