This offseason has been filled with numerous stories of ways players are keeping busy while waiting for the NFL lockout to end. As for Cleveland Browns wide receiver Joshua Cribbs, he’s decided to recently dedicate some of his free time to taking on the Police Department from Cleveland Heights.
Melissa Reid of Fox 8 in Cleveland reported on Tuesday how Cribbs is taking action for a $15 parking ticket he recently received–despite still having time left on the meter. Apparently, the Police Department in Cleveland Heights have a “less-than-stellar” reputation when it comes to being strict on parking meters and Cribbs is willing to take a stand against them.
From Reid’s article:
“I was at the barber and I went outside to put a quarter in the meter. I saw I had a parking ticket. But there was eight minutes left on the meter, I was highly upset,” said Cribbs.
Cribbs took to Twitter with his frustrations.
