Bucs depth charts lists Williams, Stroughter as starting WRs, Spurlock as KR/PR

As expected, second-year pro Sammie Stroughter will start opposite Mike Williams as the Z receiver. Perhaps more interestingly, receiver Micheal Spurlock will serve as both the primary punt and kickoff returner in Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns. Cornerback E.J. Biggers will start at left cornerback in place of Aqib Talib, who is serving a one-game suspension for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy.
