The Bucs playoff chances are more than done at this point of the season but the coaching staff and players want something to build off of heading into next season. The task will not be as simple as one may think as they start the final two games off with hosting the Rams on Sunday.  Offensive line needs a good game In week 11 against the Panthers, Josh Freeman was pressured and hit often by Carolina’s top pass rush. The Rams also have a good pass rush has they come into Sunday’s game ranked fourth in the league in sacks with 41. The Bucs offensive line has had their share of struggles the past few weeks along with their struggles, Freeman has only been sacked 21 times. End the miscommunication Josh Freeman, Vincent Jackson, and Mike Williams have had decent seasons up until a few weeks back when they visited Denver. Receivers were overthrown and routes were not run properly. But it’s only those three, it’s the entire offense that has been struggling. If they want to silence critics and break out of any funk they may be in, the Rams are a good game to do it against. The NFL’s ninth ranked pass defense may be without starting cornerback Cortland Finnegan. Could prove beneficial for the Buccaneers passing attack. Pending any miscommunication of course. The rookie wall Mark Barron has been a non-factors as of late. Has the opposition figured out how to attack him? Perhaps. There have been several occasions where tight ends and receivers have gotten behind him. The Rams have struggled with their passing game this season so this game may benefit Barron and the Buccaneers secondary. Don’t make Sam Bradford look like Joe Montana.
