The NFL’s anti-tampering policy is well known across those involved in league circles and beyond. What was debated back and forth was whether players are included in that policy as well.
A couple weeks back, I published an article detailing information from the league’s tampering policy which includes players as well (read it here if you missed it).
Is it a possibility Buccaneers’ left tackle Donald Penn is violating the rules with Jet’s cornerback Darrelle Revis?
@revis24 lol u r a lil close what’s up my dude we waiting on u #BucsNation

The above can simply mean that Penn is waiting for Revis to join him and others in an online game of Call of Duty. Who knows. But this tweet has excited many, many Bucs fans.
It’s no secret the Buccaneers are going after Revis. The team may have informed the players of there direction and Penn (and possibly others) have tried their own version of recruiting the All-Pro cornerback. That’s all speculative of co...

Even though everything seems quiet on the Darrelle Revis trade front, Roy Cummings of The Tampa Tribune believes things will heat up against around the draft. Talk of a Revis trade to the Bucs has cooled to a simmer, but it will heat up again as the draft approaches, and so might the Bucs’ interest in dealing their 2013 first-round pick for the Jets cornerback. The Bucs are holding...
One timeline for a Bucs and Jets deal for Darrelle Revis to get done has been the NFL Draft on April 25th. More signs and more reports are beginning to point that way. Over the weekend, Tampa Tribune’s Roy Cummings wrote that he expects the talks between New York and Tampa Bay to pick back up: Talk of a Revis trade to the Bucs has cooled to a simmer, but it will heat up again...
According to Rich Cimini of ESPNNewYork.com, quarterback Tim Tebow is expected to remain on the New York Jets’ roster through the NFL draft.
The funny thing is that the Jets are still looking for a trade partner for Tebow. But the odds of that look very slim right now. I would honestly be shocked if Tebow is in the NFL in 2013.
At the end of the day, I think the only way Tebow...
Today’s Turn On The Jets 12 Pack is dedicated to Mark Sanchez: our lazy, coddled, mentally weak, California hippie, noodle armed quarterback….as most Jets “fans” will call him. On to the 12 pack!

Sorry if we bothered u on ur movie night!” With Tim decked out in Jordan gear, he definitely earned some...
The NFL’s “Offseason” is a bit of a misnomer – for any given team’s front office, at least. For owners and managers, the months between February and August comprise the busy season. The NFL is a business, just like any other, so managers and owners spend this time sifting through scouting reports and financial statements, all while analyzing the utility of prospective player...

The Chicago Bears and former New York Jets guard Matt Slauson have agreed to a 1-year contract.
The team announced the deal on Friday. Bears General Manager Phil Emery says Slauson's size and strength will make him a challenger for a starting guard position. Slauson, 6-5, 315-pounds, started 48 of 51 games with the Jets. New York drafted him out of Nebraska in 2009. Last season...
