There were the Eagles, eager to repeat the outcome of last year's late-season meeting with the Cowboys. There was Jessica, sitting pretty in the stands in a pink # 9 jersey. If ever there was an omen, that horrendous pink jersey was probably it.

  • I love the Cowboys. But how could you blame Tony Romo's high profile girlfriend, Jessica Simpson for losing the game?
The Cowboys should have won this game running away. The Cowboys have a much more talented team this season than the Eagles do this season.
But isn't that why they play the game? If you knew what the outcome was before the game, there would be no sense in playing.
The Eagles dominated this game especially on the defensive side of the ball and executed their game plan well. The Eagles dictated to the Cowboys early on this was another NFC East dogfight. If the Cowboys Defense had not stopped the Eagles so many times the final score would have really reflected a blowout this game was in favor of Philly.
What about the Cowboys 3 turnovers to the Eagles 0 ?
If Tony Romo was in the audience or backstage at a Jessica Simpson concert and she put on a bad performance would you blame Tony Romo?
Get over it. The Cowboys should still be the Number 1 seed for the NFC playoffs.
If the Cowboys do make the Super Bowl this year do they have a chance of beating the AFC opponent they will face? The Patriots already put a good pounding on the Cowboys earlier this season. I feel that the Patriots, Steelers, Colts, San Diego or the Browns can beat any NFC team they would face in the Super Bowl. On any give Sunday you can win or lose. But can you win or lose like a man?
