John Skelton is starting a second straight game for Arizona in place of Kevin Kolb, who is recovering from a concussion. Kolb practiced last week, but said he didn't feel fully recovered. He was listed as questionable. He suffered the concussion during a 21-19 win over San Francisco on Dec. 11. Skelton is making his sixth start of the season.
The Cardinals and Bengals are relying on young players in search of meaningful outcomes late in the season.
