October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. How are you celebrating? Hopefully the ladies are doing their thing and getting checked. The NFL annually take it upon themselves and wear pink to bring attention to the disease. Arizona Cardinals defensive end Nick Eason did his thing over the weekend to bring awareness…and it didn’t involve wearing pink gloves and socks. While the Cardinals were in Minneapolis to play the Vikings over the weekend, Eason visited the Mall of America where he proceeded to take a sledgehammer to a car with the words “breast cancer” on it. He destroyed it. Eason’s mother died of breast cancer in August. Pink gloves, towels, socks, shoes and smashing the bejeebus out of a compact car…hey, whatever works, right? At least it wasn’t an American car. Go Boobs. Off the Bench

Stephens-Howling comes up big for Cards
TEMPE, Ariz. Its easy to wrap your arms around LaRod Stephens-Howling.
Hes only 5-feet-7, he was a late, seventh-round pick out of Pittsburgh in 2009 (240th overall), and he has perhaps the most appropriate and affection-inspiring nickname in the NFL: The Hyphen.
I know the fans really appreciate what I do, Stephens-Howling said. I was the underdog, and I guess people wrap themselves...
Inconsistency killed the Cardinals
This Arizona Cardinals season has been marked with both ups and downs this year while they have dealt with their many problems. Coming into the year they were switching between two quarterbacks, and injuries have thus far been the deciding factor on who has gotten the snaps. San Francisco 49ers (5-2) at Arizona Cardinals (4-3) In NFC West matchups, the rule of thumb is to pick the home team. Since 2007, no other division comes close to covering at home at a rate as high as the NFC West, which is 103-74 ATS at in that time period. San Francisco, St. Louis, [...]
