Arizona QB Kevin Kolb is listed as questionable for Week 16 at Cincinnati as he continues to deal with the lingering effects of a head injury. According to ESPN.com, Kolb is not expected to start Saturday's game after being limited in practice throughout the past week. Instead, the Cardinals will turn to John Skelton under center against the Bengals, who are permitting 214.4 passing yards per game this season. Kolb has not been the quarterback Arizona envisioned when it traded for him and gave him a lucrative contract during the offseason. He has missed five games this season and has also recorded nearly as many fumbles (seven) as touchdown passes this season (nine).
