The Arizona Cardinals have announced that they have reached an agreement with P Dave Zastudil on a two-year contract. The news was first reported by Darren Urban. Zastudil, 35, finished 2013 ranked No. 13 in net yardage averaging 40.1 yards per punt and was tied for the lead in both punts inside the 20-yard line as well as punts inside the 10-yard line.
