Raiders QB Carson Palmer has been a potential pay cut candidate for the Raiders. It doesn’t look as if that’s going to happen. Adam Schefter has the news:

Palmer is due $13 million in 2013 with a $15 million cap figure after restructuring a deal last year.
The running theme this offseason has been the Raiders navigating tight cap space. They done this by releasing players, not re-signing their expensive free agents, bringing in undervalued players and restructuring contracts.
The Raiders were hoping they could also shuffle around the money in Palmer’s contract again but the quarterback apparently wants to play hardball.
