Jaguars head coach Mike Mularkey has named quarterback Chad Henne the team’s starter for Week 12 over Blaine Gabbert, per John Oehser.   Chad Henne will start Sunday. Based on performance Sunday. #jaguars — John Oehser (@JohnOehser) November 19, 2012   Henne showed on Sunday that he can lead the offense much more effectively than that of Gabbert, who has struggled since being plugged in as the team’s starter and hasn’t shown much in terms of improvement since his rookie season. Gabbert has been dealing with elbow injury that would most likely would have required the team to list him as questionable at best for next weekends game. There’s a distinct chance that Gabbert may have played his final game as the team’s starting quarterback.
