As a lifelong Bengals fan, I will forever be grateful to Chad Johnson for helping make the Cincinnati Bengals relevant. Despite his shenanigans off of the field, I will also always be a fan of Ocho Cinco. There’s no denying that Johnson was always an attention grabber, but I always thought he did it in a delightful and charming way. Still, there is no denying that it has been a rough couple of weeks for the former Pro Bowl wideout. Everyone knows about the events in the courtroom, just as the judge released her verdict that he would not require jail time, he slapped his lawyer’s butt, the judge didn’t take kind to his actions, reversed her verdict and sentenced him to 30 days in prison. After about a week in jail, Johnson was granted his release. Well, TMZ and a ton of other media outlets were ready and waiting for a statement from Chad Johnson. Johnson said that he was grateful to the judge for putting him into his place and later said that he was heading to McDonald’s. To those not familiar with Johnson, this trip to Wac Arnold’s should come as no surprise as he always took pride in the fact that he was able to stay in shape despite the fact that he ate Big Macs and cheeseburgers multiple times a day. Here’s a video from TMZ. These reporters are the worst. Seriously, they need to get a life. Unfortunately your browser does not support IFrames.
