Wide receiver Vincent Brown, who isn't in uniform, is another observer at Chargers Park. Brown, who sustained a broken ankle on Aug. 18, said on Wednesday that he is "sure" he'll return this season, but he's yet to catch passes. For now, he's limited to light running and rehab exercises. Philip Rivers has talent to play QB, he just doesn't have anything to work with in SD. I don't think that he can win if he stays there. I think he'd be a better fit somewhere that already has offensive talent. We'll see what happens this offseason. I'm sitting at 84-49 heading into the weekend. I need to have a huge run to get over .750 for the season...
