Withheld from practice again Saturday, Chargers outside linebacker Shaun Phillips (foot) was listed as definitely out of Monday night’s game, as were left guard Kris Dielman (concussion) and defensive end Luis Castillo (leg fracture). Running back Mike Tolbert, hampered by hamstring and hand injuries, did not practice and was the only player announced as “doubtful.” On the questionable list were wide receiver Malcolm Floyd (hip) and safety Darrell Stuckey (groin), though both participated fully in practice. Tight end Antonio Gates, left offensive tackle Marcus McNeill, running backs Ryan Mathews and Jacob Hester and center/guard Scott Mruczkowski are “probable” after taking part in practice.
