The San Diego Chargers have decalred WR Bryan Walters, WR Malcom Floyd, OG Kris Dielman, DE Luis Castillo, DE Vaughn Martin, LB Darryl Gamble and S Steve Gregory inactive for their Week 10 Thursday Night divisional matchup against the Oakland Raiders. RB Ryan Mathews (groin) is active, as expected. Gregory injured himself in Wednesday's practice. Veteran Paul Oliver will fill in opposite Eric Weddle, with rookie Shareece Wright providing depth.
