According to the San Diego Chargers, wide receiver/kick returner Richard Goodman has been named the AFC's Special Teams Player of the Week. Goodman had a 105-yard kick return for a touchdown in the Chargers' 38-26 win over the Oakland Raiders. Goodman is the second Chargers player to earn a "Player of the Week" honor this season, joining linebacker Antwan Barnes, who was the Defensive Player of the Week after a four-quarterback sack performance in Week 16.
