Vincent Brown reportedly is running well, but will he be able to play for the San Diego Chargers this season? UT-San Diego reports that the second-year receiver, who suffered a broken ankle in the preseason, is nearly at full speed. The team had hoped Brown would be back near mid-season, but his recovery has taken longer. There are only five games left in the season. Still, San Diego coach Norv Turner told the paper this: "We're getting to the point where -- what's the upside if he's able to come back ... We're a ways away from that decision."
