Chicago Bears Fail to Show Up, Lose 10-3 to Kansas City

Raise your hand if you think Sunday’s Bears game was one of the worst ones you’ve watched in a long time. Or maybe you were smarter than me and turned it off at halftime. Overall, it was a team fail. I’m not really sure where to start other than to say the Bears never really got out of the starting gates for the entire game. While gray clouds blanketed Chicago, quarterback Caleb Hanie had his own special black cloud with his less than 50 percent completion rate and a passer rater of 23.8. The green starter threw three picks (now a total of six in his last two games) and incurred seven sacks. The team’s offense was held to 181 yards, with the Bears having less than 100 yards from rushing and passing. Running back Matt Forte went down in the first quarter from a hit to the knee.
