According to the Chiefs official website, WR Dwayne Bowe, who is an unrestricted free agent, will be a candidate for the franchise tag. The Chiefs will have to decide on using the tag on either Bowe or fellow free agent CB Brandon Carr. It appears like the Chiefs will do what they can to retain Bowe heading into 2012.
