Jared Allen has reservations about London team

With the Minnesota Vikings across the pond to take on the Pittsburgh Steelers in a battle of 0-3 teams that should be referred to as the “Wanker Bowl,” it was perhaps inevitable that players from both squads would be asked about the speculation that Roger Goodell and the National Football League would love to one […]The post Count Jared Allen among players who wouldn’t sign...

Vikings hope Peterson can break loose in London

For once, the Minnesota Vikings aren't counting on Adrian Peterson to do it all. Peterson, last season's NFL MVP following his 2,097-yard rushing season, has been held in check through three games this season - all losses. Now, facing a must-win game against the winless Pittsburgh Steelers in London, coach Leslie Frazier expects his offense to steady itself so Peterson...

The Minnesota Vikings have announced that Matt Cassel will be starting over Christian Ponder against the Pittsburgh Steelers in London.

Nobody was more surprised the Browns beat the Vikings than Adrian Peterson’s daughter

After trading RB Trent Richardson to the Colts everyone just assumed that the Browns were tanking the season. Then they went out and shocked the football world by taking down the Vikings 31-27. No one was more surprised by the result than Minnesota RB Adrian Peterson’s daughter, according to this tweet AP sent out last night… So my daughter is laying here under me and just out...

Vikings' Christian Ponder out; Matt Cassel to start

Since the Minnesota Vikings announced Christian Ponder's rib injury, there have been questions regarding his status for the team's Week 4 matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Brian Hall's Sept. 26 Vikings mailbag

Well, I thought things had begun to turn for quarterback Christian Ponder, at least according to the feedback I was receiving on Twitter (@mnbrianhall). The outrage over Ponder's struggles continue and the fans' feelings were well known as he was booed each time he took the field last Sunday. But my Twitter followers had begun to turn their anger to the entire team and questioned...

Steelers Primer – Week 4 – at Minnesota Vikings (by way of London)

The misery continues. Unfortunately, only three weeks into the season, we can almost say with a fair amount of certainty that the Steelers will not be in the playoffs and will not be making a run for their seventh Super Bowl. How could it have all gone so wrong so quickly? Well, it’s really a combination of things. There were losses to free agency on both sides of the ball. There...

Defenses to Stream in Week 4

If you implemented the wait on a defense plan, then you may be looking for a defense to play this week.  I will look at 3 defenses that are owned in less than 50% of Yahoo fantasy leagues and that could be good plug and play options this week. Chiefs vs Giants The Giants offense is reeling and going to Arrowhead to play a tough Chiefs D coming off of 10 days rest is not the...
