Found September 06, 2013 on NFL Injury Report:
The Indianapolis Colts will get back some key players this week for their season opener against the Oakland Raiders, according to Colts' writer Craig Kelley. Here is a list of the players who have dealt with recent injuries but should play on Sunday. Will Play: Ahmad Bradshaw - Bradshaw has missed the entire Colts' preseason after recovering from foot surgery.  His return will be important for the team. Bradshaw will team up with second-year back Vick Ballard to get the Colts running game going this season. Dwayne Allen - The Colts drafted Allen in the third round in 2012 and the rookie tight end had a breakout year. Allen has dealt with a knee injury all preseason, but he is set to return for the team's season opener this Sunday. Coby Fleener - Fleener is another sophmore tight end that the team expects big things from this year, but like Allen, Fleener has been dealing with a knee injury he suffered during the preseason. Fleener is back at practice and should team up with Allen as an effective duo at the tight end position. Anthony Castonzo - The Colts starting left tackle has been sidelined with a sprained knee. He returned to practice on Thursday and should be ready to go on Sunday against Oakland. Game Time Decision Kavell Connor - Connor injured his ankle in the team's preseason finale last Thursday. This injury comes on the heels of the fourth-year linebacker being mentioned in trade talks around the league. Connor has not practiced all week and will be  game time decision according to team sources. Regardless if Connor plays or not, Jerrell Freeman and Pat Angerer will get the start at inside linebacker. Out The only player ruled out of this week's game is reserve defensive lineman Fili Moala who is dealing with a foot injury. Stay tuned for more Colts injury updates. Pat Angerer diagnosed with a concussion

Indianapolis Colts starting linebacker Pat Angerer knew something wasn’t right. The constant headaches. The blurred vision. The memory loss. Burning Question: Andrew Luck

Where does Andrew Luck finish among fantasy QB’s this season? Rizzla: I have Andrew Luck pegged as a top ten option in my personal rankings despite the fact that with Arians in Arizona that the Colts will have a more conservative offense. I have Luck ranked right behind Colin Kaepernick and right in front of Russell Wilson, Michael Vick and Tony Romo. Luck seems like the safest...

Week 1 Fantasy Football Preview: Oakland Raiders @ Indianapolis Colts

Colts Fantasy Players to think about:Reggie Wayne:  He is as steady as it gets and for me is always a welcome part of a fantasy team.  The only problem I see in this game is that the Colts may win going away and the passing game may not be needed.  Peyton Manning loved to play every play and score as many points as possible but with Luck, they don't mind calling the dogs...

Oakland Raiders at Indianapolis Colts: Three Bold Predictions

This is a game that could get real ugly real fast, or it could be one of those surprises for the start of the NFL season.I am not sure yet where I stand on it, but it’s football and it’s Sunday and, well, two former greats of the 1970s beating on each other cannot be that bad. But, oh yes it can be.Enter the world of Andrew Luck. The second-year player who did everything asked...

Oakland Raiders gameplan vs Indianapolis Colts

On Offense: 1. One of the Colts’ biggest weaknesses is at outside linebacker where they have a lot of rotational players but not many complete linebackers. Look for the Raiders to take advantage of the deficiencies, here. On one side, Robert Mathis is still transitioning from playing DE in a 4-3 for most of his career. He is a solid pass rusher but isn’t great in coverage...

Oakland Raiders at Indianapolis Colts: 2013 Week 1 NFL Pick

Oakland Raiders (0-0) at Indianapolis Colts (0-0) The Raiders suck. Like they’re really, really bad. They won 4 games last year and appear a long shot to even match that total this year. For one thing, they have over 50 million in dead money on their cap. Of their 10 biggest cap numbers this season, 6 are dead money cap casualties who are on other teams, 1 is a backup quarterback...
