The Indianapolis Colts have claimed the right to be named the best team in the NFL, carrying the clout of being ESPN’s #1 team on their power rankings. With victories over Seattle, San Francisco, and Denver, it is very hard to argue against their league superiority. Now they are on the cusp of returning their first-round draft pick in outside linebacker Bjoern Werner. Werner practiced for the first time in over a month, suffering a torn plantar fascia Sept. 29th against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Werner has five tackles and 0.5 sacks on the season, and can hopefully come in and provide punch for a team that is dealing with injuries at the linebacker position – primarily Cam Johnson – who is day-to-day with an ankle injury. Colts head coach Chuck Pagano is taking a “glass half-full” approach, stating the following to Mike Wells of ESPN: “We’ll see how he comes in [Tuesday],” Colts coach Chuck Pagano said. “He felt good with what he did leaving the practice field and hopefully he comes...
