Cornerback Chris Carr, who will be an unrestricted free agent when the NFL’s work stoppage is finally resolved, says he’d still like to return to Baltimore, despite the team’s selection of two corners in the April draft according to Ken Murray of the Baltimore Sun.

In an emailed response about his continued interest in the Ravens, Carr wrote: “I have no real opinion on the db situation until free agency starts. I do not know what direction they want to go until then. I think it was smart to draft corners when you have 3 corners unrestricted.”

In addition to saying he’d like to return, Carr also said he “would be willing to play any position,” which makes him more valuable in a secondary that might lose strong safety Dawan Landry (also a UFA).
