The Philadelphia Eagles have the needs and positioning in the 2013 draft that could have Chip Kelly seriously considering taking two of his former players in Oregon.
At pick No. 4, the Eagles will find themselves choosing from players like Eric Fisher, Luke Joeckel, Geno Smith, Star Lotulelei, Shariff Floyd, Dee Milliner, Dion Jordan, Jarvis Jones, Barkevious Mingo and Ziggy Ansah.
