Ravens Insider:
At last week's passing camp, wide receiver Donte Stallworth was among a handful of players fielding punts.
Stallworth, perhaps the fastest player on this year's team, hasn't returned a punt in a regular-season game since 2005 with the New Orleans Saints. From 2003 to 2005, he averaged 5.7 yards on 18 punt returns. He broke one for over 20 yards.
It'll be interesting to see if Stallworth is just a backup option or someone who could bring some spark to the Ravens' punt return game.
Of course, incumbent Chris Carr was also returning punts. Last season, Carr finished 18th in the NFL, averaging 8.2 yards per punt.
But the Ravens didn't seem to scare teams there like previous years. It marked the second straight season that the Ravens have failed to return a punt for a touchdown.
