Are the Dallas Cowboys displaying championship characteristics after all these years.  After hearing experts and pundits criticize the Cowboys for years because of a lack of leadership, it seems Dallas may finally have some accountability in house. Ian Rapoport is reporting that Cowboys defensive tackle Jason Hatcher lit into Tony Romo for his penchant to audible from running plays to passing plays during a practice this week. Rapoport reports that after the practice the team held a meeting and Hatcher continued to light a fire under Romo and anyone else he felt needed to hear it. As I said on #GameDayMorning: #Cowboys DE Jason Hatcher got after Tony Romo in practice after an audible away from a run turned into pick-6 — Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) September 22, 2013 Hatcher and others have been frustrated with Romo audibling away from runs. In team meeting, Hatcher called out everyone — including his QB — Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) September 22, 2013 When asked about it, Cowboys coach Jason Garrett said he was fine with it, and you want your leaders to speak up.
