Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant is entering his third NFL season. He has pleased the Cowboys front office and coaching staff with his improved conditioning and production during organized team activities and mini-camp. Romo was recently asked for his personal assessment of the 23-year-old wide receiver and responded by saying he can see that Bryant is consistently getting better according to Jon Machota of the Dallas Morning News. He just keeps improving and improving. Hes a kid that I enjoy playing with because he wants to get better, Romo said during an interview that was aired Sunday on CBS 11s The Blitz. Hes always asking, Hey Tony, what can I do to be better? I love playing with guys like him, Miles (Austin) and these guys. They want to be better themselves and theyre trying to do anything they can to get better. The guys that really want to be great and have that ability to be great, you cant have enough of those guys, Romo added. And we got a few of them. Dez is just a great kid like that. Hes getting better and better every week. Dez has had a really good off-season, Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett said two weeks ago. Hes working very hard. Hes done a very good in our off-season program in both his lifting and his running and hes carried that to the field.

Is Jason Garrett the right coach to lead the Dallas Cowboys?
Dallas Cowboys’ head coach Jason Garrett kind of reminds me a little bit of Miami Heat coach Erik Spoelstra.
